Xenon, Krypton, Neon, Helium-are produced in plants for producting of ultrapure gases with the possibility of producing a product grade 7.0 (99.99999%). Gas production processes make it possible to manufacture products with the amount of impurities measured at the level of ppb units (1 ppb = 1*10-3 ppm).
